The villa is located in an area where there is no electricity connection, supply is provided through solar panels, and water is used from water tanks, while cooking is done on gas powered stove.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet connection. Also in front of the villa there is a mul where smaller ships can be accommodated.
