Modern Villa on island Brač

This charming stone villa is located only a short walk from the famous beach " Zlatni Rat "in the small town Bol on island Brač, as well as from the nearest restaurants and shops. Through the villa´s shape and its stone walls, the traditional Dalmatian charm has been preserved, however, the villa also has many modern features, such as air condition and WiFi, but also a private sauna and jacuzzi located on the ground floor.

The rooms are divided over 4 floors in total. On the ground floor, you will find an elegant and colourful living room connected to the dining area and to the kitchen. On this floor, you will also find your own private sauna and a jacuzzi. The bedrooms are located on the upper floors: 2 on the first floor, 2 on the second floor and 1 on the third floor. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The third floor also has a terrace with a magnificent view of the surroundings, and, of course, the sea.

Outside there is a beautiful private pool at your disposal where you can enjoy the warm and sunny days.
