This family house is located in Sutivan, a small village on the island of Brač. It is surrounded by views and it is in a quiet area.

The surface of the house is 200 m2, while the terrace has 150 m2 and the courtyard is spread over 1230 m2. There is a garden, partly tiled with orchard and vegetable garden. The plot is fenced and there is a private parking area. A plot of 600 sq.m. is a building area.

On the first floor of the house we have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and large terrace. The outer stairs lead to the second floor which has two seperate rooms.
