This beautiful Villa is located in the center of Istria, on the hill with a beautiful view of the lake. The house is 315 m2. It has a swimming pool of 50 m2 and a nice big environment of 2000 m2 which makes an olive grove.
Villa is built of Istrian stone and is decorated in modern living and equipped with modern and stylish furnishings. It consists of 5 bedrooms with bathrooms, a large living room with a fireplace from the terrace.
