On investor's request we are giving help in realization all activites required for the realization of the investment project. In the preparation of the bulding process we can offer these services:

- Development of preliminary project

- 3D visualization facility

- Location permit

- Building permit

- Collecting offers (minimum three offers)

- Construction costs

- Contract conclusion of with contractors

Project management includes all activities of coordination during the construction, advising investors to participate in the selection of a designer and contractor, and activities and contacts with the relevant institutions.
