It is located in a small Ljubljeva bay in Middle Dalmatia. Villa is a spacious and modernly furnished 3 floor villa with 3 apartments overlooking the Adriatic Sea. It can accommodate 12 guests in 6 bedrooms and has a private pool.
There are three apartments in total, each apartment is located on a different floor. All the apartments consist of an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area with doors leading out onto a sea-facing terrace. Each floor has an outside balcony furniture which is a great place to unwind and relax while reading your favorite book or simply enjoying a refreshing drink. There is also a separate shower room, a double bedroom and one twin room.
The property has a private swimming pool and an outside shower at the ground floor in the yard with a beautiful sea view. Parking for 4 cars is provided behind the villa. A great place for a BBQ and socializing with your family and friends is provided in the outside grill area on the ground floor that provides a seating area for 10-12 guests. The middle floor of the villa has an outside grill as well which is usually used by the top and middle floors to prepare grilled meat, as well as fish and/or veggies for lunch or dinner. The beach is only steps away so you can unwind and indulge in morning and evening refreshing swims in the crystal clear Adriatic sea. Villa is perfect for families looking to spend their vacation together, but still maintain their privacy.
The village of Ljubljeva is located approximately 25 minutes away from Split airport. The apartments provide an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding region which features such sites as the waterfalls of Krka National Park and the medieval city of Sibenik and its magnificent Renaissance Cathedral. The city of Split is also within easy reach.
