Villa A1 is situated in the heart of beautiful Makarska in Dalmatia, which is a synonym for an ideal vacation.

Villa A1 is a beautiful luxury five star villa in the complex of Villas. It covers an area of 350m2.

Inside the villa is luxuriously furnished and consists of four bedrooms with balconies, five bathrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven and coffee machine.

The special atmosphere of Villa A1 creates indoor fountain that the water threads descend from the ceiling to the ground floor of the villa. Our guests can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool which can be used in the winter months. There is also a fitness room with sauna and bath. The house is a spacious garden with a spacious lawn and plenty of green. There is also furniture in the shade and outdoor dining table, a barbecue and children’s playground.
