A traditional Istrian stone house was built at the end of 1898 and was fully renovated in 2016. It offers its guests the charm of the past combining it with modern design and interesting details. The natural colours of stone and wood and the light and airy interior secure pleasant surroundings for a vacation.

The picturesque view of the Mirna River valley and the movie festival town of Motovun offer each and every guest a unique experience at an estate with a huge, 60-square-meter terrace and a private shimmering pool for a refreshing swim during the summertime.

The design guest house in Istria stretches along 85 square meters which can accommodate four to six people and is made up of a kitchen and dining room, the living room with an exit onto the terrace and a garden with a pool on the ground floor. There is a bedroom with a double bed on the first floor and a second bedroom with a double bed is housed in the attic. The bathrooms are positioned on the ground floor and in the attic. A sofa which can be opened up into a two-person bed is placed in the living room.
