The unique holiday home was built in 2012 on a fenced property of 16,000 square meters. It is situated on the slopes of the Kozjak mountain near the town of Trogir. A fantastic panoramic view of Kaštela Bay and Split will leave you breathless. You will enjoy a peaceful atmosphere among 400 olive trees and almond trees. The villa is located in a secluded area, which means that you can reach many beaches, restaurants and bars in just a few minutes drive while enjoying the complete peace, quiet and privacy when you are in the villa. The villa can accommodate up to 14 people (5 twin bedrooms + 2 large duvets).
The villa extends on 3 levels. On the first level there is a kitchen, dining room, living room connected to the workroom / library at the gallery, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom, a living room and a bedroom, a bathroom and a gallery with two separate beds on the third level. All rooms have access to a loggia / terrace / balcony equipped with garden furniture.The villa has 5 bathrooms (4 inside the house, 1 under the pool and gym), each with a shower. The large bathroom on the ground floor has a hydro massage bath. In the property there are also taverns / wine cellars, gym, open kitchen with grill, garage and farm for owners.
