This luxurious holiday home is located in a small village Mirca in a secluded bay on the island of Brac. A small village of Mirca is 2 km away from the town of Supetar and ferries. The house was constructed in 2002 and is located on the beach. Distance from the sea is only 7 m.
The house consists of a basement, a ground floor and a first floor and is completely furnished and equipped with all the neccessities for a pleasant stay. The residential area of the house is 210 m2 whereas the total area of land is 800 m2. In front of the house there is a parking for four cars. Two bedrooms are in the basement and one bedroom is located in the attic. All rooms have a double bed, a separate bathroom, an air conditioning and the attic room also has an extra bed. Throughout the house there is also central heating system which offers the possibility of using it both on a gas and on oil.
