This modern luxury Villa is situated at the top of the picturesque village of Splitska on Brač Island. It is a new house, which was completely finished in July 2015.  Villa was partly built with traditionally hand made stone decoration and completely built from eco materials and it certified with A+ certificate with regards to energy consumption.

Villa is surrounded by a beautiful stone wall. This charming villa can accommodate 8 people comfortably. House is built with 2 independent apartments. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms with 3 en suite bathrooms, a laundry area and gym. Two bedrooms are on the balcony and on one balcony is installed a jacuzzi for 3 people. On the ground floor  there is an open plan kitchen / dining area / sitting room and separate toilet. Small apartment located on the ground floor is a one bedroom apartment with a bathroom and kitchen. This apartment is with a separate entrance door and could be used for guests or personal maidservant / babysitter .

House is equipped with a heating and air conditioning system. Kitchen, dining room, sitting room and all bathrooms are equipped with a floor heating system. To make your stay on Brač Island as pleasant as possible, the villa has been equipped with all the equipment you might need. The interiors and grounds have been tastefully designed.  Between two apartments is a wonderful open sea view terrace with an outdoor fireplace.

To protect your peace and privacy, Villa is only available as a complete unit with garden and pool.
