This beautiful little stone Villa is situated in a quiet part of Bol on the island of Brač. Bol is known as a paradise for surfers, and its largest pearl is certainly the most beautiful beach of the Adriatic - Zlatni rat beach.

The total living area of this traditional stone house is 90 m²; and consists of 3 floors: ground floor, first and second floor. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and is suitable for 4 - 6 persons maximum. The villa is fully air conditioned, has everything you need for a holiday rental and a perfect vacation. Apart from the charming traditionally decorated interior, the villa also offers a sunny exterior. On the terrace there is an outdoor swimming pool (20m²) surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. Right on this terrace you can enjoy all the moments of your vacation. Next to the pool there is a summer kitchen where you can prepare various delicacies of the Dalmatian landscape.

In front of the house there are 3 parking spaces, and the villa also offers berth for the boat (with prior notice and supplement).

This beautiful stone house is a protected monument, 300 years old, and when it was restored in 2011, it took special care to preserve all the valuable and indigenous elements. The villa exudes with simplicity, and the interior itself warms you with the warmth and the desire to return to this ambiance.
