At the heart of magical Istria, on an old 19th century village farmhouse site, surrounded by docile Istrian hills, this luxury stone Villa has settled. The Villa is a result of meticulous reconstruction done with plenty of pondering and love. The beautiful villa is an accurately measured balance between a modern approach and traditional Istrian way of living, spiced up with a dose of luxury that will grant any guest a holiday to remember. Located in a quiet location, far from the noise and the clamour, it will provide peace and the beautiful interior and carefully arranged property are exactly what every guest needs for a true leisure and time out.

During the reconstruction of Villa, extreme care has been taken of every meticulously pondered and designed detail. Only natural materials that give a sense of warmth, cosiness and luxury have been used during the building and the reconstruction of the villa. The original stone floor panels have been preserved and specially processed and adapted for installation in the villa interior while the bedroom floors are covered in oak panels from Slavonija, some as long as 4m. The four bedrooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. The main bedroom has an open fire place and a jacuzzi massage tub and a direct exit to an outdoor terrace facing the villa’s garden and swimming pool. From the terrace there is a spreading view of the central Istria hillside. The main bedroom has a direct swimming pool access through the terrace staircase. There is also a fully equipped utility and laundry room on the upper floor. On the ground floor of the villa there are two bedrooms as well. The south facing bedroom has a direct access to a covered outdoor terrace and a swimming pool view. The other ground floor bedroom is located on the north side and has a direct access to a separate terrace with a mediterranean spice herbs garden. Along with the bedroom’s private bathrooms, there is an additional bathroom on the ground floor equipped with a steam sauna.

A fully equipped kitchen has been built with extreme care so as to obtain the effect of modern and traditional together. The combination of full wood and massive working pane made out of Istrian stone follows the entire concept of using exclusively natural materials in villa decoration. The appliances are of a famous German brand “Miele” and will guaranty satisfaction to even the most demanding guests. The big living room is decorated with thoughtfully chosen furniture, bearing in mind the sole function of relaxation and enjoyment. Open fire place gives that extra cozy feeling while a unique charm and warmth are brought by carefully chosen Persian rugs that found their place in every room giving unity and cohesion to the whole story concept and perfectly complementing the idyllic image of Villa. The living room has a direct access to a spacious outdoor covered terrace with floor heating that allows cheerful mingling until late night hours. Ample table and comfortable chairs will easily help you forget about the time. 

The love and the care invested in the decoration of the Villa’s interior, have ‘moved’ to the Villa’s surroundings as well. Tamely arranged outdoors, regularly taken care of by a team of experts, will evoke a feeling of awe and pleasure. A uniquely designed 55 m2 swimming pool is built from the finest Spanish glass mosaic which provides a real little light show under the rays of sun. After a swim in the pool’s salty water, you can continue enjoying and relaxing on the genuine Istrian stone that surrounds this marvellous play of light.

Six olive trees, about 250 years old, enrich the Mediterranean and Istrian atmosphere while the nurtured grass lawn will help ease even the most tense of the guests looking for a peaceful and quiet vacation in a luxurious property. At the back of the garden you will find mediterranean spice herbs whose perfumes dominate the surroundings. Rosemary, Mint and Sage will be of use to real cuisine lovers who wish to prepare various delicacies in the Villa’s kitchen, adding that extra mediterranean flavour to their dishes with these aromatic spice herbs.
